Magnum4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the magnum4d platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the magnum4d platform ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and notice will be provided via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are supplementary to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of magnum4d services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid payment details.
• Keep your account password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify the platform immediately if your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund of existing balances. The platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as part of its security procedures.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a magnum4d user, you agree not to:

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
• Cheating, manipulating, or disrupting the platform's betting or gaming systems in any way.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
• Sharing account access or selling your account to another party.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to the public.

The platform reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, temporarily freezing funds during an investigation, or reporting information to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information and Transactions

All transactions on the magnum4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, and other local Malaysian bank transfers. International payment methods may not be accepted without prior notice.

Important notes on transactions:

• Deposits that have been processed cannot be reversed by the user once credited to the account.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable conditions.
• The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals for the purpose of fraud investigation or verification of bonus terms compliance.
• Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in the "Deposit & Withdrawal" section of your account.
• Any applicable third-party processing fees will be clearly displayed before a transaction is confirmed.

Magnum4d is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Magnum4d does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. The platform is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from such disruptions.

Account suspension and closure policy:

• Temporary suspension may be enforced during investigations into suspicious activity, transaction disputes, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
• Permanent closure may be enforced if fraud, a breach of terms, or bonus abuse is established.
• Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any unclaimed bonus balances that have not met the required conditions.
• Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) in fairly closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is complete.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Amendments

All content on the magnum4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of the platform and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any such content without prior written consent from the platform.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. magnum4d is not responsible for the privacy policies, accuracy of information, or reliability of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the magnum4d platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms established under Malaysian law. The platform reserves the right to amend these terms with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or immediate legal requirements.
